Join Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute in our brand-new three-part series of leadership development programs for individuals. These highly-interactive live online courses offer leaders the opportunity to explore different dimensions of your authentic leadership - from building trust to elevating your presence to inspiring at scale.

Participants are invited to enroll in one or multiple programs, joining a global network of professionals committed to navigating the complexities of our evolving landscape. Led by our world-class faculty, you will engage in an immersive exploration of modern leadership practices, designed for immediate and future applicability. Each program includes:

• Three synchronous online classes (9 hours total)

• One 1:1 online Executive Coaching session (1 hour) for personalized support to reinforce and refine your leadership capabilities

• Experiential learning and real-time feedback from participants and faculty

Building trust as a leader is vital for creating a positive, productive, and innovative work environment where employees feel seen, heard, and motivated to contribute their best. Trust provides a secure foundation for taking risks and embracing new challenges, which are essential for leading in times of change and uncertainty. Go beyond the Trust Equation in this powerful and highly interactive program designed to provide a safe environment to test out tangible tools and techniques to build deeper connections with teams, peers, and stakeholders.

Enhance your ability to build trust-based relationships by:

• Discovering the “listening spectrum” to put empathy into practice as you understand people's emotions “under the iceberg.”

• Exploring a typology of insightful questions to trigger insights. Uncover the kind of deep insights that spark "aha!" moments and genuine understanding.

• Unpacking a powerful framework to maintain trust throughout challenging conversations. Keep trust intact, even when conversations get tough, by deeply understand your own - and your conversation partner’s - needs.

Wednesdays, August 14, 21, 28 - 8:30 - 11:30 a.m. PDT

This program focuses on the art of effective change leadership, emphasizing the importance of not only engaging and motivating your team but also guiding them with a sense of purpose towards a collective vision. True inspirational leadership transcends mere analytical direction; it requires leading with both the mind and the heart. By nurturing an emotional connection to the vision, leaders can foster a more profound and enduring commitment among team members. This holistic approach ensures that your leadership resonates on a deeper level, facilitating meaningful change and driving collective success.

Rediscover and employ a diverse set of practical and creative skills when you:

• Unleash your creativity and out of the box thinking to motivate employees

• Create an inspiring TED-type talk to inspire teams of all sizes

• Lead an inspiring online meeting with a team of co-workers

• Develop powerful visuals and media to amplify your message

This program will be facilitated by master coach Susan Houlihan and a multidisciplinary team of faculty from backgrounds including finance, theater arts, mindfulness, engineering, and design thinking. We'll help you learn how forge deeper bonds with your team, turning your vision into a shared passion. What is your refund policy?

Prior to 30 days before the program, you may request a 100% refund through Eventbrite. Within 30 days, no refunds are possible, however you may transfer your registration to another program in 2024 upon written request to jennifer@berkeleyeci.com.

Are there any prerequisites for this program?

This is an open-enrollment program; any individual can enroll.

Can I receive Continuing Education credit for this program?

If you are seeking additional coach-specific training for ICF, you will be able to apply the hours of Leading with Trust toward ICF Portfolio Path. The other two programs we do not believe would qualify.

Will this content be a repeat of other programs I’ve taken?

All three Leading Change programs contain content and learning experiences that are not offered in any other BECI open-enrollment program. Some frameworks are core to all of our programs so you may be familiar with some of the elements, or you may have experienced elements if you’ve participated in a custom corporate BECI program with us. I’m not available for one of the 3 sessions I’ve signed up for - will there be makeup sessions?

Unfortunately there are no makeup sessions available - you are still welcome to join the program. You will receive a 1:1 coaching session and can work with your coach to recap what you’ve missed.

How will coaching sessions be scheduled?

When you enroll in the program you will receive a link to book a 1-hour session with a BECI executive coach during the weeks of your program. There will be multiple options and multiple coaches available.
