Join Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute in our brand-new three-part series of leadership development programs for individuals. These highly-interactive live online courses offer leaders the opportunity to explore different dimensions of your authentic leadership - from building trust to elevating your presence to inspiring at scale.

Participants are invited to enroll in one or multiple programs, joining a global network of professionals committed to navigating the complexities of our evolving landscape. Led by our world-class faculty, you will engage in an immersive exploration of modern leadership practices, designed for immediate and future applicability. Each program includes:

  • Three synchronous online classes (9 hours total)

  • One 1:1 online Executive Coaching session (1 hour) for personalized support to reinforce and refine your leadership capabilities

  • Experiential learning and real-time feedback from participants and faculty

What is your refund policy?

Prior to 30 days before the program, you may request a 100% refund through Eventbrite. Within 30 days, no refunds are possible, however you may transfer your registration to another program in 2024 upon written request to jennifer@berkeleyeci.com.

Are there any prerequisites for this program?

This is an open-enrollment program; any individual can enroll.

Can I receive Continuing Education credit for this program?

If you are seeking additional coach-specific training for ICF, you will be able to apply the hours of Leading with Trust toward ICF Portfolio Path. The other two programs we do not believe would qualify.

Will this content be a repeat of other programs I’ve taken?

All three Leading Change programs contain content and learning experiences that are not offered in any other BECI open-enrollment program. Some frameworks are core to all of our programs so you may be familiar with some of the elements, or you may have experienced elements if you’ve participated in a custom corporate BECI program with us. Please email jennifer@berkeleyeci.com if you have specific questions.

I’m not available for one of the 3 sessions I’ve signed up for - will there be makeup sessions?

Unfortunately there are no makeup sessions available - you are still welcome to join the program. You will receive a 1:1 coaching session and can work with your coach to recap what you’ve missed.

How will coaching sessions be scheduled?

When you enroll in the program you will receive a link to book a 1-hour session with a BECI executive coach during the weeks of your program. There will be multiple options and multiple coaches available.
