A 10-day immersive experience and six months of continued learning
For leaders developing their own authentic leadership, and for people becoming executive coaches.
The program includes 10 hours of private 1:1 coaching with a BECI faculty coach, two client coaching practicums, and membership in the ECI alumni community. Accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as a Level 1 Training program, and conferring a certification in executive coaching from UC Berkeley Executive Education.
Since 2009: more than 50 cohorts in Berkeley, Tokyo, Bangkok, Italy, and online, and more than 1,100 alumni.
