“I love that this is “included” in the coaching program. Really incredibly valuable. I love seeing your faces and reminding myself of the connection.”
Alumni Roundtable
The virtual Alumni Roundtable provide a space for our coaching community to spark and support each other. These events are an opportunity to celebrate our successes and gain ideas for addressing challenges as coaches. We can share our favorite resources and find additional ways of connecting with each other beyond our own cohorts. This free gathering is hosted by BECI to bring forth topics and content generated by you. Any participant from our Executive Coaching Certification may attend to learn with and from each other. You do not need to have completed your 50 hours and final certification to attend.

Collective Mastermind
For our December Alumni Gathering, we’ll tap into one of BECI’s greatest resources: one another.
The BECI Alumni Collective Mastermind brings alumni together in small, diverse peer groups to explore a current challenge, goal, opportunity, decision, or idea. Through focused questions, collective brainstorming, shared experiences, connections, and resources, each participant will have dedicated time to benefit from the wisdom of the group. Valerie Hope, a BECI Grad and Executive Coach will guide us in this mastermind adventure!
The goal is not simply to exchange advice. It is to strengthen relationships across the BECI alumni community while experiencing its collective intelligence, generosity, perspective, and reach. Come prepared with one current challenge, opportunity, goal, decision, or idea you’d like to explore. This is not about giving perfect advice or having all the answers. It’s about curiosity, generosity, connection, and tapping into the intelligence and experience already present within the BECI alumni community.
This free gathering is an opportunity to learn with and from each other and is for anyone who has completed the 10-day institute. You do not need to have completed your 50 hours or final certification to attend.
