Program Overview

Transform from healthcare provider to high-impact leader in this intensive 3-day program designed specifically for physicians transitioning into leadership roles. Address the unique challenges healthcare professionals face when moving from clinical practice to administration and team leadership.

Overall the program was energizing, well paced and filled with a lot of thought provoking information. I like the teaching methodology used. Individual, small group and the larger group. Lots of exercises that allowed us to apply the information shared in a practical manner and to “use” it how it relates to our roles.
