Advanced Executive Coaching Institute

A three-day, lab-style intensive for certified ECI grads ready to push their coaching practice to the next level.

June 25 - 27 | Bangkok

Advanced practice is not a higher tier of the same skills. It is a different question entirely: who are you as a human, and how does that show up when you are coaching?

The Advanced Executive Coaching Institute is built for coaches who have already done the foundational work. You hold ECI certification. You have senior leadership experience or an established executive coaching practice. You are ready to be stretched in the room, in real time, by master coaches who will meet you where you are and push you toward where you are going.

Excellent program, met each of us exactly where we needed to be met and stretched us to where we needed to go. I felt a similar transformation and shift here, to my original ECI 10 years ago.

Gain Rigorous Practice & Feedback

Practice advanced coaching techniques with master coaches. Receive detailed, on-the-spot feedback designed to upgrade your mastery in the moment, not in a debrief weeks later.

Enhance Your Cultural Competence

Learn concrete strategies for broadening your approach when coaching across cultures. Bangkok offers a real setting for the work, not an abstract case study.

Invigorate Your Authentic Coaching Style

Make your unique style shine. Who you are as a human is the instrument. We will sharpen how that shows up in your coaching, so your presence becomes a deliberate asset rather than a default setting.

BECI creates a space that is both intellectually rigorous and deeply human—where excellence truly meets heart.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who can attend?

Yes. This program is designed specifically for certified ECI graduates. The lab-style format assumes a shared foundation in our coaching methodology.

How does this differ from the original ECI?

ECI builds your foundation. The Advanced Executive Coaching Institute deepens it. The format is more intensive, the feedback is more direct, and the focus shifts toward refining your unique style, cultural range, and presence in the room. Many participants describe a shift comparable to their original ECI experience.

What does “lab-style” mean in practice?

Participants should arrive ready to participate generously and with an open-heart in a rigorous, co-created coaching program. You will coach live, be coached live, and receive feedback from master faculty in real time. Sessions are designed for high-rep practice with direct intervention, rather than lecture or theory. Be ready to be in the chair.

How are the 20 ICF CE hours applied?

The 20 hours can be applied toward ICF certification or credential renewal. You will receive documentation of completion suitable for submission to ICF.

What are the program hours? What’s included?
