Leader as Communicator
Monday - Tuesday, June 22 - 23 | Bangkok
Optional Presentation & Communication Coaching — Wednesday, June 24
Your decisions are only as good as your ability to make people believe in them.
The gap between what leaders know and what their organizations actually do is almost always a communication gap, and at this level, it's the difference between a good leader and a leader people follow.
This workshop is two days of closing THE Leadership COMMUNICATION gap.
The communication moments that actually move people, where the stakes are real and slides won't save you.
You'll create and deliver a 3-minute pitch for a vision you need your team to believe in. No slides, just you. You'll do it more than once, with coaching in between, because that's where the change happens.
We'll work on authentic leadership storytelling that's deep and brief, and actually relevant to the person across the table. On leadership presence, which most people treat as a personality trait rather than a skill you can learn.
The fundamentals are in there too: active listening, asking the question that changes the conversation, giving and receiving feedback so your message is actually heard.
Optional: 1:1 presentation coaching, June 24
The day after the workshop, you can book a private coaching session to prepare for a specific high-stakes communication moment in your next 90 days: a board presentation, a team-wide announcement, a pitch you can't afford to fumble, a group you need to inspire and move to change. We work the material with you, in your context, until it's ready. 15 slots, first-come, first-served.
“Loved the practical models and breakout practice sessions. Great modeling from the instructors. Really liked the storytelling that turned into one of the best team building activities I’ve done in 30 years of professional life. ”
