 The annual Coaches Conference brings alumni of BECI's Executive Coaching Certification and Leadership Intensive (ECI) together for two days of peer-led sessions and connection.

Sponsors spend the weekend with executive coaches who are building their practices and coaching executives right now. It is a chance to meet them in person and share what you offer.

Who Are ECI Alumni

Since 2009, more than 1,100 coaches have completed ECI in Berkeley, Thailand, Italy, Japan and online. About 75% are based in the US, and most hold director-level roles or above.

We expect 75 to 100 participants in person. Depending on partnership level, sponsors can also reach the full alumni community of 1,100+ by email.
