The program includes:

• 10 days (approx. 80 hrs.) of in-person or synchronous online instruction and training

• 10 hours of private 1-on-1 coaching sessions with a BECI faculty coach

• Two client coaching practicums – an opportunity to coach employees at leading companies

• Six months of follow-up learning including four group sessions

• Access to a global network of leaders and experienced coaches through the ECI community, including opportunities to connect and share resources in a private Slack workspace, quarterly Alumni Roundtables, and annual Coaches Conference.
